You don't get out of fatherhood alive, well, and happy by accident. You get there by learning to nourish yourself along the way
Your Family Deserve A Dad With Vitality.
Happy Dad Club is here in service to achieving this. We’re starting this new movement with a live, 4-week program for Men ready to show up for their families the way they know they're capable of.
MAYBE SOME OF THIS FEELS FAMILIAR?
You love your family. That was never the question.
But somewhere lately or in the last few years, you've felt yourself slipping. Carrying more than you say out loud. Leaning on old habits to cope instead of dealing with things decisively. Watching your health slide, your energy flatten out, the dad-bod take over and your sense of yourself fade.
Like many of the men I work with, your marriage or your partnership feels like it's running on autopilot or outright falling apart. You're as present in the room as you can be, but deep down, you know you're spending a lot more time in your own head than you'd like to be, worrying, ruminating, feeling like you’re not doing a good job of this parenting thing.
The confronting truth is that very few men get taught how to embrace the identity shift into fatherhood, or the lifeskills to stay in the driver's seat of your own life - all while showing up for and supporting the people who need you most.
The way forward is learning that how you show up for yourself is how you show up for your family.
Is this you?
You've been handling it by going quiet. Being agreeable. Being "fine." Playing the nice guy who doesn't rock the boat, doesn't ask for help, doesn't bring himself back to centre, he just absorbs the blows and hopes it passes.
You've found yourself caught yourself stuck in thoughts that sound like: "Oh f*ck, this is really hard." "I don't actually see a way through this." "I don't know how to handle this." "I'm so stretched I don't know who's showing up today." "I don't think I'm doing a good job."
You want to understand yourself more deeply so you can show up as a confident, open-hearted, and magnetic partner and father
You're willing to be in a space with other men instead of figuring it out solo.
You know something needs to change, even if you can't name exactly what yet.
What you’re certain of is that you love your family and you're ready to actually show up for them, not just think about it.
You’re craving practical guidance and real support to break old patterns, communicate clearly, and create culture in the home that feels happy, grounded, and healthy.
You’re craving practical guidance and real support to break some of your own patterns, communicate clearly, and create relationships that feel happy, grounded, and safe.
WHAT BECOMES POSSIBLE
Happy Dad Club is where you get your hand back on the wheel like never before.
The man who knows himself again, not just as "Dad," but who he is underneath that. Who's got a real handle on his health, his money, his relationships. Who can hold his family with courage and clarity instead of just getting through the week.
That's not out of reach. It's four weeks away.
THIS ISN'T ANOTHER COURSE YOU'LL FORGET ABOUT
You've told yourself you'll sort it out eventually. Read a few things online. Had the conversation with your partner that didn't quite land. Maybe even white-knuckled your way through a rough patch and called it fine.
None of that looked at the whole picture, because your health, your relationship, your money and your sense of who you are aren't separate problems. They're all the same problem.
Happy Dad Club looks at the whole picture. And you don't do it alone, you do it in a room of men who are living the exact same thing.
Feel solid and centred for anything the family dynamic dishes up.
Know who you are as a sovereign man and as a father.
Get a clear picture of your finances instead of a vague sense of dread.
Build a crew of other dads around you who actually get it, while learning how to nourish yourself along the way, so you can show up fully for your family without disappearing into the role.
Leave with real tools for conflict and communication, not just good intentions.

WHY I BUILT THIS…
I've been a father for nearly ten years - navigating blended family dynamics, the highs of family life, and the devastating lows that come with it too.
I've been a Life Coach for 13 years, the last 9 working specifically in Men's Work.
I'm in this work. In this community. And I see it first-hand, over and over: parents struggling, fathers flailing, small fractures turning into full collapse. It breaks my heart watching families go through the pain of separation. It never announces itself, it just sneaks up quietly, until one day it's too late.
Here's what I know for certain: the men who wait, who tell themselves they'll deal with it later, once things calm down, are usually the ones who end up doing this work anyway. Just later. In a lawyer's office. In a custody schedule. A co-parenting dynamic. After the damage is already done. This work is so much easier, and so much more powerful, before you're standing in the wreckage instead of preventing it.
Because of the field I work in and the community I'm part of, I've been personally blessed with high-quality mentoring and support from other men in my life. It's made an enormous difference - for me, and for my family.
And that's what I want to pass on.
My mission is to raise the standard: for how a man feels about himself, how he shows up for himself, and how empowered he is to actually take care of himself, instead of getting lost and leaning on his vices to cope. That self-care is the foundation everything else sits on. It's the basis for how he shows up to family life.
Happy Dad Club is a live, online space where men gather to learn and support each other with a level of care, relatability and knowledge that's hard to come by anywhere else.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Dads and soon-to-be dads. Whether you're in the thick of it right now or bracing for the identity shift ahead, this is built for you.
-
Yes. All calls are recorded, and replays will be available for one month after the program ends.
-
No. This is your work to do. But what you bring home from it doesn't stay contained to you, it shows up in your relationship, your parenting, your whole house.
-
It's a structured course with real frameworks and real lessons, held in a space with genuine peer connection - not a lecture, and not just a room to vent in. That said, inevitably exploring this terrain will have a therapeutic effect.
-
Absolutely! The tools and practices are fully inclusive for all relationship types, including same-sex partnerships.
-
Yes. This is for any man preparing to step into fatherhood one day, or any man who's already a masculine role model to someone in his life, a nephew, a stepson, a mate's kid, a team he coaches. You don't need your own kids to benefit from this work.
-
That's exactly the pattern this course is built to interrupt. You don't need to have it figured out to show up. You just need to show up.
