Welcome to The Intimacy Blueprint

Congratulations on committing to this program! It takes courage and devotion to prioritise learning and growing in this way, and we’re really looking forward to supporting you within this.

The Intimacy Blueprint is a potent and deeply healing month-long journey for couples and individuals who are ready to step into the relationship they desire and deserve. 

Inside the platform, you'll find your schedule with weekly focus areas to explore together or individually. Each block features pre-recorded video lessons, workbooks, a learning manual, guided meditations and Q&A sessions to support your learning experience.

The four key lessons of The Intimacy Blueprint are carefully crafted to prepare you for the final week, where you'll create a personalised intimacy blueprint– a conscious and connected roadmap for your relationship. 

We encourage you to engage with intention, investing time in the exercises and practices and reflecting on what you learn. By doing so, you'll embody these teachings and carry them with you throughout your life, transforming your relationships for the better.

We recommend planning your schedule to create time to work through the four weeks to get the most out of your experience. Move through the lessons at your own pace and revisit them anytime during your course access period.

Completing the workbooks is PARAMOUNT to your growth and success–it’s up to you to dive deep into the journal prompts and exercises!
