Nick’s education in Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coaching draws from personal mentoring and learning from some of the world's leading healers and physical therapists. Suzie Nevil, Jan Carton, Nahm Baldwin, Donal Carr and Paul Chek are among the many experts Nick has sought out and worked with in his intensive learning experiences. 'APPLIED knowledge is power', is a philosophy Nick has dedicated himself to, keeping his coaching totally authentic, tried and true. Nick’s clientele spans interstate, which has seen his travel log reach out further and further as the demands for his unique skill and experience continue to expand.

With a background as a professional athlete, traveling Australia and abroad, competing on the Bodyboarding National and World Tours, Nick has also made a name for himself as a published writer. His sports journalism and feature articles have evolved into a column in Sydney Magazine ‘North Journal’,  where he writes on holistic health, frequently collaborating with experts, to elaborate on how holism applies to everyday challenges and scenarios.
