Nick’s education in Holistic Lifestyle and Exercise Coaching draws from personal mentoring and learning from some of the world's leading healers and physical therapists. With a background as a professional athlete, traveling Australia and abroad, competing on the Bodyboarding National and World Tours, Nick has also made a name for himself as a published writer. His sports journalism and feature articles have evolved into a column in Sydney Magazine ‘North Journal’,  where he writes on holistic health, frequently collaborating with experts, to elaborate on how holism applies to everyday challenges and scenarios.

After a solid decade of weight training and surfing my body seemed to be falling apart. When I first saw Nick two years ago I had a number of problems accumulating, including constant lower back pain, poor postural alignment, poor diet and generally no sense of direction.
